FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What's included in a set?
Every order includes one crystal pavé pendant necklace with chain, and
a matching pair of stud earrings. Both arrive in a pink Pet Rove gift
box with gold foil detailing — ready to give, no wrapping needed.

Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
No. Our pieces are 18K gold-plated (or rhodium-plated for silver) over
stainless steel, and the earring posts are hypoallergenic and
nickel-free. Keep them dry and store them in the pouch between wears.

How long is the chain?
18 inches with a 2-inch extender, so it adjusts between 18" and 20".

How long will shipping take?
Orders ship within 2 business days. Canada: 5–8 business days.
United States: 7–12 business days. You'll get a tracking number by
email as soon as it's on its way.

Do you ship outside Canada and the US?
Not yet — but tell us where you are and we'll let you know when we do.

Can I return it?
Yes. 30 days, unworn, in the original packaging. And if it arrives
damaged, just send us a photo within 7 days and we'll ship a
replacement free.

My breed isn't listed. Can you make it?
Very likely. We add new breeds every month and we prioritise the ones
people ask for. Send us a request and we'll tell you when it's ready.

Is this a good sympathy gift?
It's what we designed it for. The gift box means it arrives ready to
give, and because the piece is specific to their breed, it says you
paid attention to who their dog actually was.
